Empowering Pathways 365 is a nonprofit led by a collaborative group of leaders with personal connections to developmental disabilities. Many of us have supported siblings, children, and loved ones through daily challenges and victories. We have served families in applied behavior analysis and community programs. Our shared love for people and our community brought us together with one purpose; to enhance the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through inclusive sports and fitness. Our primary goal is to support the cognitive and behavioral growth of individuals with autism, behavioral, and developmental disabilities. Through our Sports Academy, we aim to build confidence and social skills using positive reinforcement and behavioral strategies. Our approach focuses on helping participants manage emotions, improve focus, and develop self-regulation skills. By setting and achieving personal goals, participants contribute to their overall well-being and sense of accomplishment.
We believe every ability deserves a clear pathway to confidence, health, and community. Families and supporters deserve partners who listen first, explain clearly, and act with compassion and skill. Individuals deserve the joy of sport, the strength that comes from movement, the friendships and camaraderie that grow on a team, and the courage that builds with each small win. EP365 removes barriers to play through accessible coaching, adaptive equipment, and supportive routines. We meet each person where they are, set meaningful goals, and celebrate progress you can see and feel. Together we create a safe and welcoming space where individuals ages 5 to 35 are seen, encouraged, and empowered to reach beyond limits every day.
We design and run inclusive sports and fitness programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Sessions blend evidence informed behavior strategies with real coaching so individuals can learn, practice, and enjoy sports at their own pace. We focus on clear goals, predictable routines, and positive reinforcement. Families receive practical support and simple tools they can use at home and in the community.
Current Programs include:

• Basketball • Pickleball • Baseball • Volleyball • Bowling • Swimming • Boxing • Dance • Yoga • Seasonal Sports Camp • Flag Football • Tennis
