Demetric Brown is the President and Chair of the Board of EP365, bringing over two decades of leadership, financial stewardship, and strategic execution to the organization. A former collegiate football and track and field athlete, he pairs athletic grit with a deep passion for empowering individuals of all abilities. Drawing on his MBA with concentrations in Leadership and Management and in Finance, and his senior leadership experience at a Fortune 500 energy company, Demetric provides the strategic and fiscal oversight a growing nonprofit requires.

He strengthens partnerships with families, schools, community leaders, and funders, and champions a culture of accountability, transparency, and measurable results. He works closely with the executive team to align programs with the EP365 mission, expand access, and track impact against clear goals.
As a father of a young adult athlete with a developmental disability, Demetric has walked the path from early childhood at age five through young adulthood today, working with coaches, schools, and teams and advocating for opportunities in sports. These seasons taught him that small adjustments open big doors, that confidence grows when strengths are seen, and that partnership with families changes outcomes. These lived lessons shape EP365’s approach to inclusive coaching, clear communication, and practical support so every individual can pursue goals with dignity and joy. Inspired by this experience and by the many talented individuals he has seen overlooked, he is committed to creating opportunities without limits and ensuring that every person has the support to achieve their goals and thrive
